Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any Arvex Systems product (including Arvex and Unforgettable), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our products.
Description of Services
Arvex Systems Inc. provides:
- Arvex — a web-based industrial asset management and field operations platform for businesses.
- Unforgettable — a mobile application for personal maintenance reminders, available on iOS and Android.
Accounts & Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
Subscriptions & Billing
Unforgettableoffers in-app subscriptions (Pro and Pro+) processed by Apple App Store and Google Play. Subscription terms, renewal, and cancellation are governed by the respective platform's policies.
Arvex SaaS is billed on a monthly basis. Pricing is based on the number of assets tracked. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe an error occurred.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
- Use automated scripts to scrape or overload our systems
- Resell or sublicense access to our services without written permission
Data & Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our
Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Intellectual Property
All software, design, trademarks, and content associated with Arvex Systems products are the exclusive property of Arvex Systems Inc. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without express written permission. You retain ownership of all data you enter into our products.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of our products is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arvex Systems Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services — including loss of data, loss of revenue, or operational disruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta, Canada.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will note the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.
